RedMin Labs is free to use and always will be. These terms cover what "free" means, what you can do with our tools and research, and what you can't do with our work.
Free, no accounts, no payment
Everything published on this site, the tools, the research, and the training material, is free to use. We don't charge for access, we don't require an account, and we never ask for payment details. By using the site or any of our tools, you agree to these terms.
Intellectual property and reuse
The short version: read it, use it, learn from it, but don't take it. Our research, tools, and design are free to use, not permitted for redistribution
The research articles, training materials, tool source code, data pipelines, site design, and the RedMin Labs name and logo are the intellectual property of RedMin Labs and its founders, protected by copyright and other applicable law.
- You may read our research, use our free tools, and reference our published work for personal, educational, and non-commercial research purposes, with attribution back to RedMin Labs.
- You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer our tools, source code, datasets, or site design, or use them to build a competing product or service, without our prior written permission.
Want to reuse something beyond what's covered here, such as republishing a full article, adapting a tool, or using our materials commercially? Email us and ask; we're generally reasonable about it.
Data and results you generate
Any dataset, image, or result you run through our tools remains yours. We don't claim ownership over what you upload or the results our tools return to you. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled while a tool is running.
No warranty
Our tools and research are provided as-is, for informational and educational use. We work to keep calculations accurate, but we don't guarantee the tools are error-free or fit for any particular purpose. If you're using a result in a publication, a report, or anything else that matters, verify it independently before relying on it.
Availability
We maintain this site and its tools voluntarily, without a revenue model. We may add, change, or discontinue a tool or feature at any time, and we'll try to give notice when a change is significant.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update this page and move the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you've accepted the current version.
